Help Us/Help You ™ is an innovative corporate program designed by Pondaray to support various not-for-profit organizations. This furthers our interest in environmental and social causes and provides a means for organizations to gain additional support.

“Help Us/Help You” is a simple program to execute. Any non-profit organization, at no cost, can participate by simply providing a weblink from their home page to Pondaray’s website www.pondaray.com. Any product purchase made by a visitor from the non-profits website results in donation from proceeds back to the non profit. Pondaray prefers smaller, tightly focused programs since we know our contributions will go directly to the program's ongoing socially responsible and environmental projects. We contribute to the following non-profit programs:

Through its programs, One H.E.A.R.T. (Health Education And Research in Tibet) gives Tibetan women the knowledge, skills, and supplies to ensure the healthy and successful delivery of their babies. One out of every 33 Tibetan women dies during childbirth and one out of every 20 babies dies within their first hour of life. One H.E.A.R.T. integrates Western medicine within the context of Tibetan beliefs and medical practices, providing education and needed supplies to villagers in remote Himalayan regions with no access to healthcare.
The Family.com is a website that helps the One Heart Foundation by providing families with information, products, family helps and advice from specialists in areas that can make families stronger.

North Fork Preservation Alliance

Through the sale of Pondaray products, Pondaray makes donations to the North Fork Preservation Alliance (NFPA), a not-for-profit environmental organization located in the North Fork of Provo Canyon, Utah. The NFPA works closely with Sundance and other private landowners in the canyon in Utah to preserve and protect the remaining wildlands for future generations. To date, hundreds of acres have been protected for future generations to enjoy.

Costa Rican Rainforest Preserve, Research Station And Exploratory

A tropical rainforest research and education preserve located in the mountains of central Costa Rica. The 500 acre landscape preserves rare plants and animals of the rainforest and functions as a migration corridor between several national parks in Costa Rica. "Roots & Shoots", a program in elementary education initiated by the Jane Goodall Institute, is incorporated into the program of the foundation as well. Donations from Pondaray go directly toward purchasing of additional lands to add into the preserve and will conserve them from timber logging and deforestation.

Utah Rivers Council

Pondaray is supporting the Utah Rivers Council through sponsoring the screening of "Riversense", a documentary film about river people and water sports. The URC works to educate and preserve water resources in the intermountain west.

Sagarmatha (Everest) Environmental Expedition
Pondaray has made multiple cash donations since 1996 from our environmental fine art post cards & posters with images of Tibetans, Tibet and Mount Everest to the SEE from product revenues from the Mt. Everest Collection, Seven Summits and 8000 meter peaks card series. This was the first clean-up expedition initiated by Scott Fischer and Brent Bishop which alerted people to the trash problem on Everest. There is quite a piece on Pondaray's site regarding this project.

Wasatch Academy Native American education program
Through the sale of its environmental fine art post cards & posters with images of Native American Indians Pondaray has made cash donations to this private, college preparatory school here in Utah for their Native American program. A percentage of sales revenues have been donated several times from the Native American Portrait series.

Tibet Fund
In keeping with the Dalai Lama's emphasis on being environmentally sound Pondaray has made multiple donations from a percentage of card sales from our environmental fine art post cards & posters with images of Tibetans, Tibet and Mount Everest. We've also donated cards from this collection to the World Festival of Sacred Music, also established by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

American Alpine Club
Pondaray has donated to the AAC for the past 5 years. We've supported their fund raising activities through product donations to silent auctions at their annual meetings and have provided card products for two years for their seasonal greeting card.
