If you’re in Salt Lake City, go by the press conference to be given by DeChristopher’s legal team at 1:30 p.m. on the steps of the Frank E. Moss Federal Courthouse. Hopefully they’ll have some more information on what happened to get DeChristopher sent to the hole.

Tim DeChristopher was let out of isolation last night after calls to congress apparently put pressure on the government to let him out.
He was, he and his lawyers believed, put in there at a congressman’s direction.
His supporters call him a political prisoner, and it certainly sounds like it. They had been calling on President Obama to let him out. But why should directions from Washington (allegedly) determine where a prisoner in California spends his nights?
It all smells very bad.
Tim DeChristopher has been in prison for more than seven months. He's worth still thinking about.
